The short version
If you've paid for something on Pocket Change and you're not happy with it, for any reason, just ask and I'll refund you in full. You don't need to explain.
How to ask for a refund
- Email support@pocketchangetools.com within 30 days of paying.
- Let me know the email address you paid with. The PayPal receipt number helps too, if you have it.
- That's it. Nothing else is needed.
What happens next
- I'll refund the full amount back to the way you paid, usually within 3 working days of your email.
- Depending on your bank or PayPal, it can take a few more days to show up.
- You'll get a confirmation from PayPal when it's done.
This promise is on top of your normal legal rights as a customer, and doesn't take anything away from them.
